These are a few of my favorite fictional pieces I wrote for class.  Click on the icon to be directed to a PDF.

Some of my favorite pieces from my college years are ones I didn't have to write for class.  Go figure.

I wrote for The Black Sheep, an online magazine which provides a humouros slant on college news from June-December 2013.  Needless to say, it was a blast.

Click The Black Sheep banner to be directed to my complete portfolio, and be sure to check out "Michigan Townies vs. Students" - my first (and only) viral article.

I wrote this short story for English 223, a creative writing class, fall 2013.  A young girl's take on growing up, the story is full young nemeses, broken noses, moments of mercy, and schoolyard cruelty.

I wrote for the University of Michigan chapter of Spoon University, a website which delievers food-related content to a college audience, from September - December 2013.  Click the banner to be directed to my complete portfolio.

Tip: check out my pieces for "Food For Thought"; they're my favorites.

I contributed a piece called "I'm A Bad, Bad Girl" to the November/December issue of What the F,  U of M's kickass feminist magazine.  The story chronicles one of my own sexual misadventures, and is therefore not intended for immature or senstive audiences.  Or my mother.

I wrote this personal narrative for Writing 300 (Seminar in Peer Tutoring).  It chronicles the thought process I go through when thinking deciding whether or not to post a status on Facebook.  Shenanigans ensue!

Another piece from English 223, this is a 10-minute play about a young woman forging an unexpected friendship with her sleazy older boss.

One of the perks of being an English major is writing a lot of essays.  I've included links to PDFs of a few of my favorites below.
